Service Quality and Reliability

How easy it is to get a hold of a contractor matters. If a contractor is good at showing up on time, installing well, cleaning up the job site, responding for service calls and offering warranties then they are worth more than the lowest price option. Ultimately I will be ranking service quality to the best we can and track it with consumer feedback. By group buying from contractors we will be able to see who can repeatedly perform the best.

Product Specifications

We all have different demands from the products we purchase. It is important that to represent the customer best we must understand the 5-10 most important hot buttons in each purchase. Knowing things such as your durability, warranty, product function, product appearance, spatial requirements, color preferences and any other special product requirements will lead to project satisfaction.

Our Process:

Step One: Find a contractor we want to have come out to do a quote and set a time to do a project discovery. We will listen to how you handle the project selection and will notate any and all project goals of yours.

Step Two: We create a contract goal. We will write out 5-10 things that would make the ideal contract such as price, color, warranty, industry experience, turn around time, specific function needs etc.

Step Three: We go take the first bid and our measured dimensions and we go talk to 9 other contractors with your pain points in mind. We will document and sort the options for when we give our recommendation. Once you say yes to a choice we will go and see 3 of their previous project sites and get customer reviews.
